 Jerome Ballard is a Staff Design Transfer Engineer at Vistakon, a division of Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. Jerome is an accomplished leader and engineer in the medical device industry and has over 15 years of business and technical experience in utilizing best practices for quality and process improvements. Jerome holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Statistics from University of North Florida, a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from Columbia College and a Master’s of Science degree in Management from Troy University. Jerome is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., and the American Statistics Association (ASA). Jerome served in United States Army and is a Six Sigma Process Excellence Black Belt.
