 Course Description: Participants will be introduced to a special night of elegant dining or daytime luncheon experience that will provide the “ins and outs” of fine dining and the importance of chivalry like opening doors and seating etiquette and more! We call our module “ Dining Dynamics”.

After completing this course, participants will have learned:

  1. Understanding dining place setting and the different styles.
  2. The importance of a reservation and the proper etiquette of actions to take when tardy.
  3. The proper amount to tip (including coat check and car service).
  4. The proper way to get the attention of your waiter.
  5. Proper Seating
  6. The proper way to introduce yourself and dinner guest
  7. The proper way to pass food and items at the table.
  8. The proper way to begin your meal and illustrate when they are finished their meal.
  9. How to use your Napkin at the dining table
  10. Expectations of hosting a meal and understanding who is responsible and actions that state who is responsible.
