
Brandon T. McCray
Brandon T. McCray, a founding board member of Knots4Kids, Inc., is currently serving.
Brandon is currently the Associate Vice President for Development, Constituent Programs at the Florida State University Foundation. He is responsible for managing the fundraising professional staff and coordinating the daily philanthropic giving activities for various colleges and units within the university.
Before coming to the Florida State University Foundation, Brandon served as the Assistant Vice President for Development and Planned Giving for the University of North Florida (UNF), Prior to his role at UNF, he served as the Director of Development for University of Florida College of Medicine at Shands Jacksonville Medical Center and as the Assistant Vice President for Marketing and Development at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee.
Proceeding his career in academic philanthropy, Brandon spent over five years as a Banking Center Manager and Assistant Vice President for Business and Private Banking at Bank of America.
Brandon has served on various not-for-profit boards in leadership roles such as President of the Kiwanis Club of Jacksonville, President of the Florida First Coast Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), and Revenue Chairman for the Northeast Florida March of Dimes, Habitat for Humanity- Jacksonville. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Lonestar and Biscayne Charter High Schools. He has also served as a mentor for Duval and Leon County Public Schools and a Junior Achievement facilitator. He is a member of Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2008 and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He holds a bachelor’ss degree in Political Science and Communications from The Florida State University.
Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and cheering for the Florida State Seminoles.
